The Ski Lane Scheduler is a custom tool built and maintained by our team that has proven to be highly efficient and effective for clubs and teams. This tool helps keep all teams daily schedules in order and all staff on the same page. It allows the club administrator to assign venues/courses to teams, by reserving lanes in 30-minute increments. The setup is easy, our team will input each venue ahead of time. Venues can include a basic map of the courses, details on how many lanes are available etc. Once the framework is established, your administrator can create a team, including a team name, contact information and notes for altering reference. Disciplines are also set up by the administrator through a Discipline Management section. Your administrator can then assign a team and discipline to a lane at a specified time and date.
This configuration will streamline data entry by allowing for multiple time slots and lanes to be reserved for the multiple days with one reservation. The system will also allow different terrains to be added to each time slot as the days are mapped. Time slot templates will allow for mapping of days to begin with the templates default. This setup will generate output as a regular web image, allowing it to be viewed on iPhone, iPads and Android smartphones. The ability to export the schedules in a spreadsheet format will allow staff members and coaches to view data more easily.
